Meet Sasha
Sasha’s passion for movement and the human body began through her career as a professional dancer and dance educator. Her own experience with chronic injuries led her to osteopathy and its whole-body approach.
Sasha earned her M.OMSc from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, completing its comprehensive 4-year, 4,200-hour program, with over 1500 hours of supervised clinical training. She is dedicated to helping patients uncover the “why” behind their pain, support the body’s natural healing processes, and return to the activities they love.

In this appointment we will take time to thoroughly go over your health history; we will discus your unique concerns and how osteopathy can help you.
It will also include an in-depth hands on assessment and some introductory treatment to help set up our treatment process moving forward.

Every appointment includes a full assessment in order to guide the process of treatment. Each subsequent appointment will delve deeper into patterns of restriction to facilitate the body’s self healing and self regulating processes.
