Please wear comfortable, loose clothing that you can move in. You will remain clothed for the entire treatment.
Please remove your shoes in the waiting area. For your safety and comfort, I will also ask you to remove your hat, glasses, belt and bulky jewelry if applicable.

There is plenty of street parking surrounding the building. There is also surface lot parking available off of 12th ave and 11th ave.
Please give yourself extra time to find parking so you can arrive for your appointment in a timely manner.
Please be aware of signage and rush hour restrictions. In Rhythm Osteopathy is not responsible for any parking infractions.

Yes, many extended health care benefit plans cover osteopathy. Please check your specific plan to confirm coverage and amount.

In the near future I will be able to offer direct billing through Telus Health and many other insurance providers.

I accept debit, visa, mastercard, apple pay and android pay. If possible, debit is kindly preferred.

The amount of treatments depends person to person as everyone responds to treatment differently. We will discuss your individual goals during your initial appointment. Longer standing restrictions tend to take longer to resolve.
Typically, it is beneficial to have appointments closer together in the beginning such as one week or two weeks apart, then becoming less frequent later on.
My ultimate goal is to help put your body in a place where you do not have to rely on frequent treatment.

No medical referral is needed, you are welcome to book directly.
In some cases I may ask for a letter from a physician to confirm clearance for manual therapy.
